DR. SUSAN E. OTERO, M.D.
Dr. Otero specializes in Breast Reconstruction, Breast Reduction, and Cosmetic Breast Surgery. She knows that undergoing a breast procedure is a very personal matter for women, and she won't operate unless she feels it's the right decision for the client.

JULES ALEXANDER FELEDY, JR, M.D.
Dr. Feledy specializes in both aesthetic and reconstructive surgery. After extensive training in aesthetic surgery and body contouring, he further specialized in microvascular reconstruction focusing on breast reconstruction following cancer surgery and contralateral breast symmetry, extremity reconstruction following tumor ablation, and head and neck restoration following trauma and disease. He understands how important it is to the patient to restore both function and appearance when diseases such as cancer or traumatic injuries have altered the patient’s looks and physical abilities.

Hospital Credentials
The doctors of The Metropolitan Institute for Plastic Surgery perform surgery at three of the region's premier medical facilities. Surgeries that do not require an overnight stay will be performed at the Center for Ambulatory Surgery, Inc. (CASI) or at the Washington Hospital Center or Sibley Memorial Hospital. Surgeries requiring an overnight stay are performed at the Washington Hospital Center or Sibley Memorial Hospital. All facilities are fully licensed and accredited.
