Unlike the majority of plastic surgery procedures, most types of reconstructive surgery are covered by your insurance. The Metropolitan Institute for Plastic Surgery is a participating provider with the following insurance carriers:

The staff at The Metropolitan Institute for Plastic Surgery will work with you to obtain pre-approval from your insurance company and to keep you informed on the status of your insurance claim.
